Job summary

Crown Architecture and Consulting, D.P.C. is seeking an architect in Guildford to turn design concepts into buildable solutions. You will manage workloads and collaborate with colleagues, clients and consultants to deliver exceptional projects in a permanent full-time role.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Revit and CAD skills, knowledge of UK Building Regulations and town planning procedures, and experience running projects directly with clients and contractors.

We're seeking someone who is organised, adaptable, and passionate about creating high-quality architecture, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Your Skills

Essential Skills

• Revit is essential and a high level of CAD skill
• Excellent knowledge of NBS Chorus specification systems
• Highly computer literate
• Skilled presenter both verbally and visually using software and hand drawing skills
• Working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations and construction types
• Working knowledge of town planning procedures

Desirable Skills

• Experience in Life Science sector is desirable for this role.
• Experience of working across various sectors is advantageous.

Your Qualifications And Experience

• RIBA, ARB or equivalent registered Architect with experience of working within the UK Building Regulations
• Experienced project runner
• Experience of working directly with the client, contractor and design team
