AB Dynamics invites applications for a Verification and Validation Team Lead based in Bradford-on-Avon. You will lead a five-person V&V group, defining rigorous validation tests for hardware and software in automotive test equipment, including track and lab environments.

You will develop automated validation environments, oversee requirements validation with ELM tools, and collaborate with Systems Engineering to ensure high safety and quality standards. Driving capability and travel are required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience managing people (directly or indirectly).
• Experience validating hardware and software in automotive context.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a team of five Verification & Validation engineers.
• Define and execute validation tests and plans.
• Develop automated test environments to streamline validation.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering to support design and validation.
