Job summary

A leading training and coaching firm in London is seeking a UX/UI Designer to create engaging digital experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive tools that enhance user interaction. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of relevant experience and a strong portfolio in product design, especially in SaaS or EdTech environments. Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in UX/UI or product design, ideally in SaaS or EdTech.
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design across web and mobile.
Experience working on behavioural science, coaching, or enterprise platforms is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Managers and Designers to translate user needs into scalable experiences.
Design user journeys across diagnostics and coaching tools.
Communicate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
