UX DESIGN ENHANCEMENTS - MULTICHANNEL RETAIL BRAND

This British retail brand has a renewed focus on their online customer experience and need a UX/UI designer to join their scaling ecommerce team. With some exciting site enhancements in the pipeline and tonnes of conversion optimisation opportunity there'll be plenty to sink your teeth into! You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team in a business that’s scaling fast.

What they need:

• A digital native designer with proven ecommerce experience - a track record of UX site enhancements and an ability to test design solutions to maximise customer engagement
• From shaping A/B tests to simplifying complex journeys your work will have a direct impact on conversion and customer satisfaction
• Someone who can take insights from the ecommerce team and manage the subsequent design process from wireframe, through to prototype and delivery
• Someone confident working cross-functionally with trading, digital, and development teams
• Experience interpreting A/B testing and devising design solutions to enhance the site experience for their valued customers
• A designer who knows how to turn insight into clean, conversion-boosting UX

What you’re great at:

• Spotting opportunities for site enhancement, discovering customer pain points and delivering design solutions that solve these problems
• Designing user flows that balance brand identity and commercial performance
• Owning and iterating UX based on real data and continuous testing
• Justifying your design decision making based on testing and insights - always delivering data driven design solutions
• Driving customer engagement and sales through your considered UX/UI design decision making

What you’ll get:
