We are looking for a UX researcher to deliver the best possible experience for website users, making the website as straightforward and user-friendly as possible. Your responsibilities will include researching user behavior and preferences, analyzing website content, and considering design elements such as colors and images. In some companies, this role may also encompass technical IT responsibilities. UX researcher roles often overlap with UX analyst, UX designer, and UX architect roles, and you may be known by any of these titles.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Meet with clients to gather requirements and identify areas for research, design, or usability testing.
2. Engage in sketching, prototyping, and occasionally user testing before passing designs to the development team.
3. Understand qualitative research methods.
4. Be aware of costs and budgets.
5. Focus on putting users at the center of the design to ensure simplicity, usability, and aesthetic appeal.
6. Present design stages confidently to business stakeholders.
7. Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team, including web developers and programmers.
8. Possess technical knowledge to communicate effectively with programmers about project needs.
9. Ensure websites comply with relevant laws and regulations.
