Job description

We are seeking a passionate UX Researcher to join a leading global tech company renowned for innovation and shaping the future of digital communication. This is a remote position based in the UK.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and conduct primary research using methods such as interviews, focus groups, usability testing, and concept testing.
2. Analyze data with statistical tools like R, SQL, STATA, or SPSS, applying methods such as regressions, ANOVA, and T-tests.
3. Translate research findings into actionable insights to inform product and business decisions.
4. Create and implement research roadmaps aligned with product strategy and market planning.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, designers, and data scientists.
6. Promote user-centricity throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience as a UX Researcher.
• More than 3 years conducting both qualitative and quantitative primary research.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in coding with R, SQL, STATA, SPSS, or similar tools.
• Strong statistical analysis skills and hands-on research experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and seek feedback proactively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and commitment to rigorous research.
