Job summary

Taylor & Francis is seeking a Product Designer in the UK to own end-to-end design from discovery to production-ready solutions, partnering with Product Managers and customers to deliver scalable experiences.

You will actively use research, data and direct customer contact throughout your design process, while upholding design quality and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product design or UX design with end-to-end ownership.
• A portfolio demonstrating craft and problem-solving across complex experiences.
• Strong interaction design skills including states, motion, and feedback.
• Clear, confident communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from rough sketches to production-ready output.
• Generate multiple design directions and explore space with curiosity.
• Design interactions that are usable and well-considered across scenarios.
• Build and test prototypes to validate concepts and details.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and data teams to ensure accurate requirements.
