Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a seasoned UX/UI Designer to elevate and protect its global brand through strategy, storytelling, and high-quality digital experiences. The role focuses on crafting intuitive user journeys and delightful interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

You will create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups, use design systems, collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers, and ensure responsive design across devices while meeting deadlines and maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrable UX/UI experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Ability to visualise and present user journeys with maps, diagrams, wireframes.

Responsibilities

Задачи

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to visualise design concepts and user flows, iterating based on feedback and user testing
• Utilise design systems and component libraries to maintain consistency across projects
• Implement responsive and adaptive design principles across devices and screen sizes
• Work with internal stakeholders to produce high-quality digital content for websites, social media, emails, and other platforms
• Ensure designs are communicated and implemented effectively with stakeholders and partners
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion
• Meet deadlines and maintain high quality in design work
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions
• Participate in design retrospectives, connect with peers globally, and contribute to improving design processes and workflows.
