Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an experienced UX Designer to craft end-to-end user journeys and translate business goals into accessible, inclusive interfaces. You'll collaborate with a full design team, prototype across platforms, and present designs to stakeholders for feedback and sign-off.

You will work with a central design system, advocate for user research insights, and ensure designs meet diverse user needs while balancing technical constraints.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience within User Experience design/Interaction Design.
• Strong experience as an Interaction Designer, UX Designer (or from a Visual Design background).
• Full ownership of the Interaction Design project.
• Excellent prototyping and layout skills and ability to articulate to internal customers and developers.
• Comfortable using existing design systems and extending them to benefit the project.

Responsibilities

• Craft end-to-end user experiences using a central design system.
• Prototype and iterate with tools like Sketch / InVision / Figma / Axure / Adobe XD.
• Gather user research and rationale to align stakeholders on user needs.
• Balance business requirements with user needs and adapt design to constraints across platforms.
• Advocate for customer inclusivity and accessibility across designs.
