Job description

Lighthouse Games is a new AAA studio in Leamington Spa. We are defined by our pedigree of talent and serious ambition to build a new best-in-class game. When you join us at Lighthouse, you will be able to create the best work of your career in an environment that feels truly collaborative. You will learn from the best and work alongside the future greats of the gaming industry.

We’re building something ambitious, and we’re looking for a talented UX Designer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract and help shape the player experience of our next-generation game.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence how players interact with the game and help establish a consistent, intuitive approach to UI/UX across the project.

This is a hands‑on role where your creative thinking, problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and understanding of player‑focused design will have a direct impact on the final game.

  • Review existing systems and identify opportunities for UX improvements and quality of life features.
  • Support long‑term visual consistency and usability of the game as new content and systems are added.
  • Support the wider UI/UX team and contribute to a positive, collaborative development environment.
