Job summary

SR2 - Socially Responsible Recruitment is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join a large-scale digital transformation programme in a regulated environment, with 50% onsite in Leeds.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role working within a multidisciplinary team to design and improve complex digital services. Key experience includes government/public sector background, GDS/UCD principles, accessibility, and collaboration with User Research, Product and Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Senior UX/Interaction Design experience
• Government, Public Sector or NHS background
• Strong understanding of GDS and UCD principles
• Experience designing complex end-to-end digital services
• User journeys, wireframing and prototyping
• Strong accessibility and inclusive design knowledge
• Experience working with User Research, Product and Delivery teams
• Financial Services experience would be advantageous

Responsibilities
