Zilch in the United Kingdom is seeking a UX copywriter to bring the brand to life across our app and website. You’ll partner with Product Design to create clear, intuitive experiences from discovery to launch.

You’ll work with product managers, engineers and marketers to craft customer journeys, help articles, SEO content and product communications while keeping tone consistent with Zilch. This role rewards a keen mind for detail and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience writing UX content for digital products.
• Ability to balance product thinking with brand voice.
• Experience writing for SEO and regulated industries is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Design to craft clear, engaging copy across the app and website.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Write and optimise customer-facing content across help articles, FAQs and onboarding.
• Balance customer needs, business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Use customer insight, data and testing to improve content and journeys.
• Champion accessibility, consistency and best practices in UX writing.
