Job summary

Lovable seeks a Content Designer to own onboarding, empty states, and error messaging across product and website. You’ll work with PMM and an external design partner on copy and information architecture to make lovable.dev compelling.

You’ll shape voice, ensure consistency, and collaborate with designers at a fast-paced, design-led team in London. This is a full-time engagement focused on shipping high-impact copy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content design or UX writing with a portfolio showing in-product and marketing work.
• Real in-product examples: onboarding flows, empty states, error messaging, upgrade moments.
• Real web examples where copy carries the argument and supports the page.

Responsibilities

• Own the copy in key product moments (onboarding, empty states, error messages, upgrade prompts).
• Name features and surfaces to maintain product vocabulary.
• Write copy for marketing pages with PMM and reflect GTM messaging on the site.
• Collaborate with an external design partner on content hierarchy and top-level navigation.
• Diagnose and fix pages that are not landing due to messaging, hierarchy, or scannability.
• Sit embedded with marketing and design with full context on messaging decisions.
