Job summary

Bimplus in Crawley is seeking an experienced Utility Surveyor to join a growing team delivering surveying services across construction, infrastructure, utilities and development projects. You will perform PAS 128 surveys, locate and map underground services using EM locators, CAT & Genny and GPR where required, and ensure data quality and health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering utility surveys in PAS 128 environments.
• Experience using EM locators, CAT & Genny.
• Exposure to GPR is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong Health & Safety awareness.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and organisation.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out utility surveys in PAS 128 projects.
• Locate and map underground utilities and services.
• Operate EM locators, CAT & Genny, and GPR when required.
• Produce high-quality survey data.
• Work safely across varied sites.
• Manage workload and deadlines.
• Liaise with clients and site teams.
• Identify hazards and follow health & safety procedures.
• Ensure work meets industry standards.
