Utility Surveyor

Wakefield

Up to £45,000 (DOE) + Excellent Training + Progression + Van + Fuel Card + Overtime (Enhanced Pay) + Brilliant Incentives

Are you an experienced Utility Surveyor? Are you looking to work for a long-standing surveying company that encourages development and progression opportunities?

This long-standing company has been in business for over 35 years, providing quality consulting and surveying services. Some of these include Underground Utility, Geotechnical, Measured Building, Topographic, and EV charging. On average, they complete over 1,000 projects per year and represent major clients across the industry, including Kier and Balfour Beatty.

The ideal candidate will be able to step into the role comfortably, holding strong surveying experience focusing on the Utilities discipline. They will possess good communication, negotiating, and presentation skills to confidently liaise with clients and colleagues.

The Role:

1. Carrying out surveys and using a variety of underground utility detection techniques
2. Working in a range of different environments across a variety of projects
3. Support in internal and external training

The Person:

1. Holds experience in a Utility Surveying position
2. Experienced in Trimble, Total Stations, PAS128, EML, etc.
3. Full clean UK driving licence
4. Flexible when it comes to travelling and staying away
