Berkeley Group plc in Maidenhead is seeking a skilled Utility Coordinator/Manager to plan, procure and manage utility infrastructure across developments from land acquisition to project completion. You will coordinate utility diversions, connections and designs, manage budgets, tender processes and relations with utility providers and contractors, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

The role requires strong project and stakeholder management, proficiency with Office and project tracking

Qualifications

• Experience in managing utility infrastructure and service delivery within residential development or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of electricity, water, wastewater, gas and telecom connection processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills; capable of negotiation and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Plan, procure and manage utility infrastructure from land acquisition to project delivery.
• Coordinate utility diversions, connections and design approvals with engineering teams.
• Manage tenders, evaluate submissions and appoint contractors; monitor budgets and costs.
