Job summary

EKFB is seeking a Design Manager (Utilities) to lead integrated design across utilities, coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams to align with the project programme and cost implications.

You will ensure timely design delivery, manage design contracts commercially, and support the Design Delivery Director, liaising with the Commercial team to control risk and governance, while ensuring CDM 2015 compliance.

Qualifications

• Design management experience on large-scale civil engineering projects.
• Ability to lead design coordination across multiple disciplines.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated design delivery for Utilities on the project.
• Ensure buildability and coordination with PW and TW designs.
• Manage design execution against project programme and budgets.
