Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow. They follow a remote-first policy with occasional client site visits, averaging 1-2 visits per month.

They are seeking a permanent User Researcher Consultant to join a rapidly growing team. The role involves working across multiple Digital Transformation projects within Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors, with a top-end budget of £55,000 plus full benefits.

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Hands-on experience leading user research, using behavioral and attitudinal methods, and knowing when to apply them appropriately
• Experience across multiple phases of a product or service lifecycle, from discovery and exploration to design and delivery
• Experience working with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and design principles
• Strong storytelling, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
• Experience working in multidisciplinary, agile teams, leading user research and influencing product or service design through insights
• Familiarity with using prototypes to test hypotheses and validate user journeys
• Understanding of tools and practices for in-person and remote research
