Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow. They promote a remote-first policy with occasional client site visits, averaging 1-2 visits per month.

They are seeking a permanent User Researcher Consultant to join a rapidly growing team, working on multiple Digital Transformation projects across Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors. The offered salary is up to £55,000 plus full benefits.

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance.
• Hands-on experience leading user research using behavioral and attitudinal methods, with the ability to apply them appropriately.
• Experience across various phases of a product or service lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
• Experience with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and design principles.
• Strong storytelling, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary, agile teams, leading user research and influencing product/service design through insights.
• Familiarity with using prototypes to test hypotheses and validate user journeys.
• Knowledge of tools and practices for in-person and remote research.
