Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester, and Glasgow. They operate a remote-first policy with ad hoc client site visits (about 1-2 per month, but flexible).

They are seeking a permanent User Researcher Consultant to join a rapidly growing team. The role involves working on multiple Digital Transformation projects across Government, Finance, Retail, and Energy sectors. The salary is up to £55,000 plus full benefits.

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Hands-on experience leading user research using behavioral and attitudinal methods, applying them appropriately
• Experience across various phases of product or service lifecycle, from discovery to delivery
• Experience working with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and design principles
• Strong storytelling, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
• Experience leading user research in multi-disciplinary, agile teams, influencing design through insights
• Familiarity with using prototypes to test hypotheses and validate user journeys
• Knowledge of tools and practices for in-person and remote research
