Job summary

Anson McCade Pty in the United Kingdom is seeking a User Researcher to join a close-knit UX and Design team, working across a range of clients and digital projects. You will plan, recruit and conduct user research sessions (remote and face-to-face), translate findings into actionable insights, and influence product directions within Agile/Scrum teams, while advocating for user needs with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as a User Researcher.
• Experience with Government Digital Service (GDS) or to GDS standards.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and the ability to advocate for users with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong understanding of user-centred design and the confidence to advocate for users with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Strong communication, research and stakeholder management skills.
