Searchability is seeking a User Researcher to work on user-centred research within Public Sector and Government-focused environments, offering a £63,000 base salary and base locations in Newcastle or Scotland. Travel to client sites across the UK 1-2 times per month is expected.

Due to continued demand for their services, they are looking for an experienced User Researcher to join the team.
As a User Researcher, you will plan and conduct qualitative and/or quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviours and experiences. You’ll select and apply appropriate research methods, analyse data and communicate clear, actionable insights to inform service and product decisions.
You’ll design and facilitate usability testing, recruit and engage diverse participant groups, and champion accessibility and inclusive research practices. Working within agile and iterative delivery environments, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure research findings directly influence the development and continuous improvement of services.
