Intermediate UX Designer

Location: London, UK (with flexible working options and relocation support available)

Role Overview

Our client is seeking an Intermediate UX Designer to support the creation of user-centred digital services that are intuitive, accessible, and effective. Working as part of a multidisciplinary Agile team, this role involves designing seamless end-to-end user journeys informed by insights from user research and usability testing. This is an excellent opportunity for UX designers looking to develop both their technical skills and consultancy capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design optimal user journeys based on a people-centred design process
• Collaborate with user researchers and Agile team members to translate insights into effective UX solutions
• Create wireframes, navigation schemas, journey maps, and sitemaps
• Support usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
• Participate in workshops and design sessions with stakeholders
• Share best practices within the design community

Candidate Profile

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven ability to identify and address a variety of user scenarios, including edge cases
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
• Proficient in rapid prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, or similar
• Strong understanding of current UX and technology trends
• Demonstrable portfolio of user experience design work
• Consultancy mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to empower clients to maintain and evolve designs independently
