The Role:

You'll be the user's champion throughout our entire product lifecycle. From the first spark of a product idea to its final delivery, you'll ensure every decision serves our users' needs while solving real business problems.

What You'll Do Daily

Research & Discovery

- Dive deep into our customers' worlds to understand their work, pain points, and hidden needs

- Apply the right research methods for each unique problem, from user interviews to usability testing

Strategic Collaboration

- Partner with product management and stakeholders as a strategic advisor, not just a requirement gatherer

- Help shape product direction based on user insights and design thinking

- Influence business decisions through user-centred design principles

Design & Delivery

- Create compelling design solutions: sketches, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes

- Validate concepts through testing and iteration

- Present and defend design decisions with confidence and clarity

- Collaborate seamlessly with UI designers and developers in our agile environment

Leadership & Growth

- Mentor other designers and help non-designers develop their design thinking skills

- Identify and leverage metrics to measure design success and drive product decisions

- Stay current with modern tools and methodologies

About You

- 6+ years designing user experiences for web, desktop, or mobile applications

- Portfolio showcasing your UX process—we want to see how your thinking led to products people love using

- Enterprise software experience is a significant advantage (you understand the complexity of business users' needs)

- Tool flexibility—experience with various design tools and eagerness to adapt to new ones

- Communication excellence: You can explain complex design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Curiosity & empathy: Genuine interest in learning about a complex product suite and the people who work in these fields
