Listers Group is recruiting a Vehicle Preparation Technician for the Land Rover Droitwich site. The role focuses on preparing used vehicles to Land Rover standards, including inspections, servicing, accessory fitting, and basic repairs.

Candidates with completed or in-progress NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and a full UK driving licence are preferred. The position runs Monday to Friday 8am–5pm, with 1 in 4 Saturdays, offering a competitive salary up to £32,000 with OTE up to

Qualifications

• Experience as a vehicle technician or in a similar role (fully or part-qualified).
• Must hold a full UK driving licence; road testing may be required.
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or progressing towards it.
• Experience in the Automotive sector as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-delivery inspections to Land Rover standards.
• Perform mechanical repairs based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct visual inspections of vehicle exteriors and interiors.
• Fit approved accessories to vehicles.
• Complete all relevant documentation prior to handover.
• Carry out road testing where necessary.
