Build a Business, Not Just Manage One
This isn't a traditional dealership Business Manager role.
Our client is a well-established specialist vehicle business with an excellent reputation within the commercial passenger transport sector. They are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded professional to take ownership of their growing used vehicle division.
This is a rare opportunity to shape and develop a business unit rather than simply inherit one. You'll have the autonomy to build processes, improve workflows, develop new revenue streams and create a scalable used vehicle operation, whilst taking full commercial responsibility for buying, selling and managing specialist vehicle stock.
If you're looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact, this could be exactly what you're looking for.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you'll be responsible for the commercial success and continued growth of the used vehicle operation.
Your responsibilities will include:
This role would suit someone with experience in areas such as:
You’ll also demonstrate:
Whilst experience within specialist passenger transport would be advantageous, applications are welcomed from candidates with transferable experience across commercial vehicles, fleet, vans, trucks or specialist automotive sectors.
This is far more than a stock management role. It's an opportunity to build, shape and grow an important part of a successful specialist vehicle business. If you're commercially driven, enjoy taking ownership and want the chance to leave your mark, we'd love to hear from you.
