Qualifications

• Extensive recent experience as a Business Manager or similar in automotive dealership.
• Strong knowledge of FCA guidelines and industry standards.
• Proven ability to build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Committed to delivering results and driving business growth.
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Proximity to Chipping Sodbury or reasonable commuting distance.
• Stability in previous employment and professional career development.
• Genuine passion for the motor trade and drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Qualify customers and gather information and documentation.
• Submit and progress finance applications and secure timely approvals.
• Manage lender requirements and maintain strong lender relationships.
• Maximise finance approvals, penetration rates and sales conversions.
• Monitor applications through to payout with accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee finance performance and associated commission.
• Ensure FCA guidelines and Consumer Duty compliance while delivering good outcomes.
• Support sales staff with finance, insurance, warranties and related products.
• Maintain records and reports to support dealership targets.
