Job summary

Evans Halshaw York is recruiting a Sales Executive to join a fast-moving, customer-focused team at Evans Halshaw Vauxhall/Citroen/Peugeot, York. You’ll start with a basic salary of £22,000 with an OTE of £60,000 uncapped, plus a guaranteed bonus for six months and a 40-hour working week.

This is a large used-car operation stocking over 200 cars. You’ll be involved in building customer relationships, upselling accessories and finance options, and delivering outstanding service while adhering to

• Creating great customer experiences from first contact to helping them choose their vehicle and guiding them to drive away in their new car.
• Build knowledge of products and services, representing the brand with pride and excellence.
• Drive forward car enquiry leads, convert appointments into sales, and maximise every lead.

Evans Halshaw Vauxhall/Citroen/Peugeot, York

Basic salary of £22,000 with an OTE of £60,000 (UNCAPPED) plus bonus guaranteed for 6 months, 40-hour working week, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.

This is a great opportunity to join this large used Car operation stocking over 200 cars. With the addition of Vauxhall / Jeep and Leap Motor being added to an already successful Peugeot / Citroen Dealership this is a great opportunity to join a successful team as we offer even more choice to our customers.

You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with:

• Creating great experiences for our customers, from the moment they make initial contact; to helping them discover their perfect vehicle; to the day they drive away their highly anticipated new car
• Building your knowledge and expertise on our products and services, ensuring you build a genuine passion for the brand and are motivated to represent it with pride and excellence
• Becoming a true champion of the sales process, driving forwards all new and used car enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised
• Delivering not just a new car but a complete, unique package to help your customers make the most of their purchase, upselling on accessories, extended warranty and finance packages
• Meeting the required standards for providing fair financial advice and services to our customers, adhering to FCA regulations
