The challenge is to deliver £1million+ profit per annum from a department of 8 sales staff. With support from assistant managers, head office staff and group buyers
The dealership has room for up to 140 used cars on site, with it typically carrying 110-120. They retail in excess of 100 units per month.
This used car department has a long history of strong performance and stable, consistent leadership. The vacancy has arisen for genuine reasons and needs someone with previous sales manager background in the motor trade.
There is a genuine OTE of £79,000 from a £50k basic. With opportunities to earn in excess of £90k for over achievement.
