This role offers a 5-day week with a 2-week rotating shift pattern, a strong FCA/compliance focus, and potential to earn £58,000 OTE rising to £78,000 with achievable bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Business Manager or senior sales role within automotive retail.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing finance and insurance processes.
• A professional, customer-focused approach with high compliance standards.
• The ability to influence, support and develop a sales team
• FCA awareness
• A full UK driving licence
