This is an influential role within our sales management team, offering responsibility, progression and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Earnings and progression

You’ll earn a competitive salary with a realistic commission structure, delivering OTE of £58,000, with the opportunity to overachieve and earn up to £78,000.

Working Pattern

You will work a 2-week rotating shift pattern, an average of 5 days a week and you’ll only work every other weekend!

About the Business Manager Role

As UsedCar Sales Business Manager, you’ll work closely with the Sales Manager and wider sales team to maximise performance, manage finance and insurance processes, and ensure customers receive a confident, transparent buying experience.

You’ll take ownership of financial compliance, profitability and customer outcomes, supporting both team development and business performance in line with our premium standards.
