Vertu Land Rover Taunton is seeking a Used Car Sales Manager to lead the used car operation and drive performance across the sales team. The role focuses on customer experience, profitability and operational excellence within a premium brand.

You will manage a team of Business Managers, Sales Executives and support colleagues, delivering an exceptional customer journey and achieving commercial targets in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Sales Management experience.
• Proven track record in driving sales, profitability and performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing the sales team to meet objectives.
