- Drive performance of the Used Car Sales Team and meet/exceed targets.

- Ensure high CSI scores and exceptional customer service at the dealership.
- Oversee compliance with manufacturer standards and FCA regulations in financial discussions.
- Maintain showroom presentation and stock management to leave a strong impression.
