• Drive the business forward to maximise car sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.
• Operate in an environment focused on profit and commercial awareness.
• Provide guidance, training, and motivation to team members at all levels to maximise potential and build a strong sales team.
• Ensure exceptional customer service to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Follow the sales process consistently to maximise sales opportunities.
