Job summary

T-Maxx International is seeking a Used Car Coordinator in the UK to support daily operations of its used car programme. You will work with sales teams, retailers and remarketing partners to keep stock, pricing and campaigns running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years' automotive or leasing experience, strong Excel and reporting skills for orders, stock and forecasts, and excellent coordination and communication.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience within the automotive and/or leasing industry.
• Experience in automotive sales administration and working with customers and retailers.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills for orders, stock and forecast reporting.
• Experience with vehicle pricing, campaigns, invoicing or allocation would be an advantage.
• Well-organised with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting wider sales and business functions.
