Job summary

OMODA UK is seeking a diligent Automotive Sales Administration professional based in Chiswick to support customers and Retail teams. Daily, weekly and monthly reporting, stock and forecast management, invoicing, pricing, and communications coordination are core duties.

You will work with Microsoft Office, be numerate, well-organised, and able to operate with initiative. Join a team that values accuracy and collaborative problem solving in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience within the automotive and/or leasing industry is desirable.
• Experience in Automotive Sales Administration and working with customers.
• A proficient level of numeracy and literacy with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT skills and is competent in using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.
• Be a motivated and well-organised individual, including the ability to work on your own initiative with support from your Line Manager.
• The ability to work well within a team and can support and challenge colleagues appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting: orders, stock, forecast.
• Industry reporting: Insight and Analysis of approved vehicles sales
• Quarterly and Campaign pricing
• Operations and communication coordination for both customers and Retailers
• Event, marketing and ‘Point of Sale’ (PoS) planning
• Assist in Invoicing and allocation
• Discount term responsibility
• Communications and social media Support
• Assisting other business functions such as Retail sales teams, as and when required
