Exciting new role for an experienced recruitment consultant with FS experience to move into the US market! You will likely significantly increase your billings and benefit from a no threshold, up to 50% commission structure, and travel to the US at least once per quarter.

If you have US recruitment experience already, that's great. If not, but you have the ability to perform well in this market, you could benefit from a 300% growth in billings, as many of my clients' team have, just by focusing on this lucrative market with average terms above 25-30% and a quick turnaround on placements.

Despite current market turbulence, the Trump administration's focus on America-first policies means you will benefit from strong relationships with quintessentially American businesses that are investing more in the US than ever before.

Additionally, although not a search firm, 41% of all my clients' placements in 2024 were retained mandates for multiple hires, allowing you to work on highly lucrative projects immediately.

Your profile:

• 2+ years of Financial Services recruitment experience (buy or sell-side)
• Primarily 360 recruitment experience
• Adept at relationship building
• Experienced in business development, with many warm relationships
• Experience in front office/sales roles, governance, compliance, or risk
• No threshold and up to 50% commission
• Investment in your growth: Committed to providing training and development opportunities for your success and advancement
