• Strong sourcing and pipeline development skills for US roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Search for suitable candidates matching client requirements across the US market.
• Head-hunt and network on sites such as LinkedIn.
• Write and post job adverts and coordinate interviews.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit for specific roles.
• Arrange interviews and liaise with candidates through the process.
• Extend job offers and handle feedback
