Job summary

Liberty Recruitment Group is helping an ambitious recruitment business recruit a Recruitment Manager to lead the development of a new US market. Based on the outskirts of Portsmouth with a hybrid pattern, this is a permanent role offering a basic salary of £40,000–£55,000 DOE plus uncapped commission up to 30%.

There is a potential career pathway to relocate to the USA and one day a week working from home. You will build a desk, win new business and develop client relationships as the division

Qualifications

• Proven success in permanent or contract recruitment with personal billing results.
• Experience recruiting in relevant sectors (Engineering, Manufacturing, Power & Energy, Oil & Gas or Data Centres) is advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to build a new specialist market.
• Strong business development skills and ability to win new clients.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of revenue targets and growth.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of developing and growing the business.
• Build your own recruitment desk, focusing on winning new business and securing high-value client relationships.
• Lead from the front using recruitment experience and commercial skills to drive performance and revenue.
• Identify new opportunities across the US market, building a strong network of clients and candidates.
• Support growth of a two-person team as the division expands, providing leadership and motivation.
• Work with senior leadership to shape the division's strategy and growth plans.
