Job summary

Langham Recruitment is expanding its USA Technology Practice and seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our fully remote team. You will focus on the USA market, manage candidate relationships, and work across US time zones with three days per week 10am–7pm to cover client hours.

The role offers a basic salary of £28,000–£35,000 with uncapped commission, plus remote working and strong recruitment tooling. Three 10am–7pm shifts support US time zones and occasional later calls.

Qualifications

• Experience as Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant or Account Manager in an agency.
• Track record of successful placements using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Confident engaging with candidates and clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates and manage relationships with clients across the USA market.
• Communicate and coordinate across time zones, including evenings for US business hours.

Langham Recruitment is expanding its USA Technology Practice and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. We work in sectors including AI and Datacentre Electronics, but applications are welcome from recruiters in any sector who are genuinely motivated to move into highly lucrative international technical recruitment.

This is a full-time role (38 hours per week), with three days working 10am to 7pm to support clients and candidates across US time zones. You'll need to be flexible and prepared for occasional later calls.

About You

We're interested in speaking with recruiters who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant or Account Manager within a recruitment agency environment
• A track record of successful placements using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Confidence engaging with candidates and clients at all levels
• Happy working and collaborating remotely and prepared for working early evenings to service the USA market
