Job summary

The GelBottle Inc. is seeking a Management Accountant to join our founder-led, high growth business. You will own the US entity's monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cashflow, and act as the main finance partner for the US market.

You will provide variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, support strategic decisions, ensure US tax compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across ecommerce, wholesale and retail channels.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) or part-qualified with a clear commitment to completing your professional qualification.
• US accounting experience desirable; international or multi-entity experience also highly valued.
• Strong experience preparing management accounts including P&L, balance sheet and cashflow reporting.
• Proven ability to analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly management accounts for the US entity, including P&L, balance sheet and cashflow reporting.
• Act as the main finance contact for our US business, building strong relationships across teams.
• Deliver insightful variance analysis and budget performance reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Manage US tax compliance requirements, including coordination with external partners where required.
• Support scenario modelling and commercial decision-making.
• Support wider group finance projects, reporting and activities beyond the US entity as required.
