Job summary

Nutrition Geeks in the UK is seeking a Commercial Management Accountant to own the month-end close and management accounts. You will partner with Production, Marketing and Operations to translate numbers into actionable insights within a fast-growing DTC and manufacturing environment.

You will lead quarterly forecasts and annual planning, build financial models, and deliver KPI packs and board reporting to support strategic decisions during UK expansion including potential US entry.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Analyst roles; ownership of month-end close and forecasting/budgeting is preferred.
• Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent by experience.
• Strong Excel skills; ability to build and manipulate financial models.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close timetable end-to-end and coordinate inputs across the business.
• Partner Production on COGS, costing, yield, and batch variances; support stock valuation and reconciliation.
• Partner Marketing on ROAS, CAC, and marketing spend efficiency; model P&L impact of campaigns.
• Partner Supply Chain & Fulfilment on cost performance and operational efficiency; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead quarterly forecasting cycles and annual planning; build and maintain financial models for decision-making.
• Deliver daily/weekly KPI reporting and board-level performance commentary.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
