The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Consultant Radiologist with a specialist interest in Uroradiology to join a busy and expanding department. The post will be based at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital with responsibilities across both hospital sites and dedicated sessions for acute imaging and specialist imaging.

• Support acute hospitals with imaging for common acute conditions using plain film, CT, MRI and ultrasound to a high standard.
• Be a core member of the busy urology MDT, reporting specialist urology studies and improving pathways.
• Provide radiology advice to hospital doctors, MDT members, and local GPs via face-to-face, phone, and email to ensure correct testing.
• Guide radiographers and sonographers to improve imaging techniques and outcomes.
• Participate in trials and attend REALM, peer review and audit meetings to foster clinical governance and service improvement.
