Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with NMC.
• Require extensive experience in Surgical Urology.
• Mentoring or teaching experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work to grow and develop the existing urology service.
• Manage patient pathways and establish clinics.
• Support the multidisciplinary team for optimal patient care.

Extensive relevant post-registration experience in Surgical Urology

Mentoring / Teaching experience

Experience in managing complex and difficult emotional situations

Knowledge of current clinical advances and pathways of care relevant to specialty

Evidence of continuous professional development in clinical area

Completed relevant postgraduate module (level 6 or 7)
