Job summary

Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Specialist (RMN/RGN) with a nursing degree and ongoing CPD to lead treatment discussions and patient care within an MDT. The role requires SACT competency, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex caseloads.

Candidates should have oncology experience in acute or specialist care, experience with SACT/radiotherapy, teaching experience, and the ability to work independently.

• Demonstrable Oncology experience in acute or specialist care

• Post reg experience at a senior level

Technical Skills and competences

• IT Literacy using a range of current and relevant packages
• Ability to manage complex case loads and work independently
• Ability to manage difficult conversations
