Qualifications

• RMN or registered social worker with current UK registration.
• Post-registration training and mentoring qualifications as appropriate.
• Experience of working in acute adult mental health settings.
• Experience of coordinating interagency approaches in mental health care.
• Strong risk assessment and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent and emergency mental health response to referrals.
• Carry out bio-psychosocial assessments and safe discharge planning.
• Train and support TRFT staff to adopt best practices.
• Work within a 24/7 rota as part of a MDT-oriented team.
