Job summary

East London NHS Foundation Trust in London is seeking an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist for the Urgent Community Response/Fast Falls team in Newham. You will provide high-level OT input to patients with urgent needs, promoting independence and reducing hospital admissions.

You will work alongside physiotherapists, nurses and rehab staff to deliver a coordinated response, with strong collaboration with GPs and social services to meet local health and social needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• HCPC Registration.
• Evidence of CPD maintained in a portfolio including attendance at recent post graduate courses/training relevant to clinical specialty.
