The Harborne Hospital in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to support the Urgent Care Centre, delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment alongside a multidisciplinary team. You will ensure safe, efficient patient journeys and supervise junior staff while coordinating shift coverage.

As a clinical leader, you’ll act as a nurse in charge when needed, participate in service improvements and uphold patient-centred care within a private hospital setting that values

Qualifikationen

• Current NMC registration and valid practising certificate.
• Experience in Urgent Care, Acute Assessment or Emergency settings.
• Post-registration experience with acute clinical presentations.
• Ability to triage, assess and make clinical decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience supporting junior staff and service improvements.

You'll act as a role model for the wider nursing team, supporting junior colleagues and contributing to the continued development of services.As part of the Outpatients department, the Urgent Care Centre consists of three consultation and treatment rooms, providing same-day assessment and treatment for patients requiring urgent attention.
