Job summary

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Brighton and Hove is seeking experienced Band 6 clinicians (OT/SW/RMN) to join the Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team (CRHT) at Mill View Hospital. The role supports urgent 4 hour assessments and involves triaging referrals, care planning, and coordinating shifts for the team.

You will assess service users with complex health presentations, develop care and recovery plans, and provide clinical supervision to junior staff while liaising with partner

Qualifications

• Professional Registration
• Experience of working in the relevant care group
• Experience of working with people with complex needs
• Experience of conducting clinical assessments including risk assessments

Responsibilities

• Triage and assess urgent referrals alongside CRHT colleagues.
• Develop care plans and recovery plans with service users.
• Provide specialist clinical advice, carry out clinical procedures and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Liaise with service users, carers, families and partner agencies; triage referrals and gatekeep inpatient admissions.
• Provide clinical supervision to junior staff and students; act as shift coordinator as needed.
