Responsibilities

• Assess, interpret and act on complex clinical information for urgent care.
• Lead and supervise junior staff; participate in workforce development.
• Demonstrate leadership and manage shifts within constraints and protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver urgent care.
